With over 30 years experience in Rail, Tunnelling, Mining and Manufacturing industries, I know first hand the support engineering teams need to thrive and complete their projects and work. I have worked at Senior Executive and Director level as a PA and also have an extensive HR & Recruitment career in Mining, Engineering, Rail and Manufacturing. The mining industry has been my primary focus in the last few years and I have extensive contacts in this field.
I offer bespoke and Niche Recruitment Services and Business Support, tailored to what you the client need. I have extensive Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) experience, if you have a large recruitment exercise to undertake, I can assist, advise and handle this for you. I pride myself that I go against the "salesy" mode of generic recruiters and because I am not pushy. My key drivers and enthusiasm are to secure employment and staffing solutions to clients based on relationships, trust and what is best for both parties. That is what makes me happy! I operate on a low fee recruitment basis and can tailor this to a retained basis and other options.
